Let us transcribe and organize your business card Piles into a neat digital data file that you can import into your contact data base. The digital format we offer will work with applications that accept a CSV or text file. Our process provides accurate data from the business card plus so much more. Using our service takes just a few moments, not hours of your time processing. Where possible, we add one-click connect to your contacts on business social networks including Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter.

Each credit is good for the processing of one business card. Credits are good indefinitely.
Instructions will be sent within 24 hours of purchase for submitting your business cards. Turnaround to receive a digital file via email is approximately 14 business days after your cards are received.
Options for business card submission:
Cards may be submitted using any of the following methods and can be mixed as needed:
• Mail – shipped via postal mail, FedEx, UPS, DHL and other package carriers
• Email Upload – cards can be emailed via scan or photo.
• Mobile Email – cards can be sent using your mobile phone
Unsure how many cards you have?
If you are unsure how many cards you have, just order the plan closest to your best guess. Don’t count the cards — let us do that! Once we receive the cards, we will count them and let you know if you need to purchase additional credits.
For reference, 1/2″ in thickness is approximately 50 business cards.
Cards are Recycled unless you would like to pay to have them shipped back to you.
